*NEW* CODES & ZONING PROPOSED and PUBLIC HEARING SET
August 18, 2011 After much review of the feedback from our last Public Hearing on Codes & Zoning, and invaluable help from interested Town residents, the UPDATED PROPOSAL is AVAILABLE FOR YOUR REVIEW. Simply select "LAWS" on the left side of the homepage and links will be offered for the current code, NEW proposed zoning map and NEW proposed codes. A hard-copy is also available for viewing at the Town Clerk's office. A PUBLIC HEARING has been set for this CODES & ZONING proposal for 7:00pm on Monday, September 26, 2011 at Town Hall. All Town residents are invited and encouraged to attend. Additionally, the Town Board extends a special thanks to all of those Town residents who participated in this process with us! We appreciated the agreement, the disagreement, and the basic communication and cooperation. We literally could not have done this without you - THANK YOU, ALL!

CODES & ZONING status
May 04, 2011 The proposed NEW CODES & NEW ZONING remain available here for your viewing in the "LAWS" section of this site. A hard-copy version is also available for viewing at the Town Clerk's office. Current codes are available here through the "LAWS" section as well. At this time, the Town Board is holding Work Sessions during which we continue to consider proposed changes, dialogue with interested residents, and planfully move our codes and zoning forward to better reflect the interests of our Town Residents. Please check the Leader Herald for scheduled meeting dates and times. As with our regular monthly meetings, all Work Sessions are public meetings; we encourage you to attend!
PUBLIC HEARING set for Monday, MARCH 28 at 7pm
March 17, 2011 All Town residents are invited and encouraged to attend the PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed NEW CODES and ZONING. The public hearing will be held at Town Hall on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 7pm. In preparation for this meeting, please review the proposed codes and zoning by visiting the "Laws" section of this website. A hard-copy is also available at the Town Clerk's office for public viewing. Written comments/concerns can be sent to the Board prior to the public hearing by mailing to the attention of the Town Clerk.
